My name is Maryline Perez, and I have been a commissioned notary since 1997. Over the years, I have worked with individuals, families, title companies, lenders, signing services, attorneys, businesses, and clients facing time-sensitive document needs.
My background includes mortgage closings, title-related documents, loan signing work, remote online notarization, general notary services, document delivery, and legal document support. But this work is more than a service to me. It is part of my calling.
I believe people deserve patience, clarity, professionalism, and respect when handling important documents.
